S.Pellegrino is a true symbol of Italy, perfectly reflecting the country’s way of life. For decades, its presence on a menu has been a mark of the high quality of a restaurant.
It is no accident that S.Pellegrino is a partner of the prestigious The World’s 50 Best Restaurants rating.
How to enjoy
Due to their gastronomic properties, S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna are the official waters of the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale. S. Pellegrino cleanses the palette and prepares your taste buds to experience new flavours.
S.Pellegrino is the ideal pairing for most red and rosé wines with a high alcohol content, as well as some full-bodied whites. It is also perfect for dishes with a strong aftertaste. S.Pellegrino should be served at a temperature of 8–10°С, without ice or lemon.
The S.Pellegrino springs are located in San Pellegrino Terme, a region of Lombardy.
At a depth of 500 metres, the water is naturally cleansed, filtered and enriched with natural minerals over the course of a lengthy 30-year journey. It emerges from the ground in the foothills of the Italian Alps at a consistent temperature of 22.6°С.
